Unboxing Video Required:

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process your return.
• The video must capture the package being opened, along with the condition of the product.

Product Requirements:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

Timeframe:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products without an unboxing video.
• Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
• Returns requested for reasons other than damage or wrong product received.
• Requests made after the 7-day window.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

1. A replacement product.
2. A refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
